As exclusive property owners, we offer you the opportunity to rent a new and furnished apartment house on Roatán Island, Honduras, in the Caribbean.
It is a 1-story apartment house with private parking in the main city of Roatán, Coxen Hole, in a gated community. The apartment has a layout of 3+kk and an area of 60 m2. It offers 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a dining area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and has its own terrace with a beautiful view of the main city of Coxen Hole.
Water is connected to the local community well, so it is potable (on the island, most people are accustomed to buying large barrels of water for their homes or using rainwater collection. Wells are mainly used by resorts and occasionally by local communities).
For cooking, a gas stove is used. The house is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a quality combination fridge with a freezer.
The house is located 3 km and 7 minutes by car from the airport, 1.5 km and 4 minutes from the Eldons shopping center, 1.7 km and 4 minutes from the hospital, West End 10 km, and West Bay 12 km.
The nearest swimming is at the Sol Y Mar resort, which is within a 5-minute drive.
We can also provide you with a car, motorcycle, or boat for your stay. Getting around the island without transportation is not possible.
The monthly rental price of the house is 3,000 USD, which is 100 USD/day, and when the house is occupied by four people, the daily rate is 25 USD/person.
A refundable security deposit of 2000 dollars is required for renting each property, which must be paid at least 14 days in advance. If the property is not picked up, 10% will be deducted from the deposit.
