Our mission is to preserve as much as possible the local nature and character of the island of Roatán in the Caribbean. To restore the return of some of the native species back to the area of the land we manage.
We plan to set our projects in the landscape of Roatán Island in order to preserve the local nature, maintain the traditions of the local population and promote work for the local indigenous population.
Last but not least, to contribute as much as possible to the whole island, both energetically and economically in a creative way. To promote local self-sufficiency in every way possible and to give our clients a unique opportunity to get involved and actively participate in these projects.
To acquire approximately 1,000 building lots (250 acres - approx. 1 million m2) for our clients from the USA, Canada and Europe and provide them with their peaceful and dream piece of the Caribbean.
Build and operate 5-6 resorts under the Green Hill Investments, S.A. brand in the west, center and east of the island. This will give our clients the option of whether they want to be close to the airport and West Bay's most famous beaches with local bars or prefer to be in the center of the island where they are equidistant to the west and east. Alternatively, they want the tranquillity and unspoilt nature of the east of the island with the raw beach of Camp Bay where they have complete peace and privacy.

Jakub Karásek, MBA et LL.M.Today I live on the island of Roatan in the Caribbean, which is part of Honduras in Latin America. My work here involves finding and implementing interesting investments and opportunities.
For our clients, I handle land, home construction, consulting and tax issues, corporate and human resource management consulting, or the possibility of residential housing or their Honduran citizenship. I use my approximately 20 years of experience in business and management or co-management of more than 10 companies in Europe, where I have managed dozens and hundreds of associates in my team.
I now co-manage the Holdings businesses in Latin America, supported by my experience gained to date and key colleagues with equally extensive experience in the practice.

I have been in the world of finance for over 15 years and my husband and I have been in the construction business for over 30 years. Throughout this time, I have been cooperating and participating in various financial and real estate projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. These years of work experience, and my love of travel, have led me to projects in the Caribbean, specifically on the island of Roatán.
We offer our clients the possibility of buying land including building a house for themselves and their family or buying land as an interesting investment for the future. All our projects are designed with the preservation of the uniqueness and beauty of the island and the local nature in mind.
