The house is illuminated and has a spacious covered outdoor terrace with a grill and seating for 4 people. Palm trees with bananas and coconuts grow in front of the house, and hummingbirds visit the terrace.
There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the house.

The owners offer both short-term and long-term rentals.
The monthly rent of the house is 3,000 USD, incl. commission for mediation.
A refundable security deposit of 2000 dollars is required for renting each property, which must be paid at least 14 days in advance. If the property is not picked up, 10% will be deducted from the deposit.
